Canon-McMillan won a preliminary round game in the 1996 Quad-A playoffs before losing to Pittsburgh Central Catholic in the first round.

Perhaps you are in need of a slight correction... Mr. Bell noted that Canon McMillan had been in and won what he call "pig-tail" games (also known as prelim).
