So glad I don't have to hear about Fort Cherry anymore. They put that to rest

Ya what a bunch of pansies losing to the no. 2 team in the state. If they cant beat them how would they beat the geibles or West Greenes or the dreaded mapletown.Sorry to burst your bubble but if you have to play em you'll hear plenty.

you must live a miserable life bud

Haha yeah real impressive win on monessens part over a worthy foe in Mapletown. Shenengo fumbled and threw an interception all within the 5 yard line. Mistakes a good team wont make. Fort Cherry will be on their way back up as well.

everyone boosts fc in here but i was at the game and would like to say, fc didn't dress their starting rb/olb or 2 best receivers/db's in the second half. the score was 14-6 at the end of the first half.. its hard to score without your receivers or running back in a spread offense. anyone at the game would say this is a game fc should have won despite the score

I completely agree with the FC assessment. It's 14-6 at the half. To start the second half, the FC kicker either almost missed the ball or made a really bad attempt at an onside kick that was returned for a TD. A turnover by FC on the next possession led to another Rochy score. The wheels came off at that point. FC was in that game.

I'm with everyone else on the FC assessment. My biggest problem w/ them Fri Night is they came slow out the gate. It really wasn't until their TD drive late in the 2nd Q that their offense had any real consistency. So many dropped passes and fumbled snaps, wasted timeouts etc. And coming out in the 2nd half with a squib kick returned for a TD, and their 2nd offensive snap was a fumble and Rochy scored shortly after. There was 13 points early in the 3rd that shouldn't have happened. I'd like to see how FC does against Rochy if they play again in the playoffs.

Fort Cherry will be beat by at least 40 against Clairton. Additionally, they are 95% not going to score in that game. I was at the game this past week, and they looked like a mediocre single A team at best. Sorry Fort Cherry fans.

i dont doubt that fc will lose to clairton, but to say they wont score is dumb.. i know most of the passes dropped where by fc's best reciever babirad, he was hurt and definately not in the game thats y he didnt dress the second half

babirad dropped his share of passes as well. he did not have a good first half.
