Dylan Berger a 6'8 forward from Canon Mac will end up being the biggest impact in the section

Watch out for Ringgold. A drop in class will do wonders. They have everyone back from last year too.

Agreed. Berger can really play.

Watched Berger in the Trinity game, he will help C-M,but he will NOT be an IMPACT player in that section. To say he can REALLY PLAY is an overstatement.

Berger not be an impact player?? He put up 29 pts 10+rbs and 5+blocks what else do you want him to do? He will easily be a top 5 scorer in that section

Yes, he had a good game. Deep from Trinity watched him,Deep is a 5'10soph, he should have had a good game. If he does that when they play C.V, Mt Lebo, and the good teams in that section, I will be the first to say I was wrong. If he is an IMPACT player he will make the all conference team time will tell, but for now I do not see him that way.

Didn't realize it was my job o look out for Ringgold or any other school. Not every school has a plyer in the list.

Ringgold has won, if I remember off the top of my head, five games in two years. Maybe the Rams can prove themselves a little, then they can make some joke of a blog's midseason list.

Even better, they can make a postseason list.

Berger will no doubt put up numbers on everybody

@Anon (Dec 9 6:37pm)..A drop in class will only allow Ringgold to lose games by 10-15 points as opposed to 35+ from previous years....Are you aware who is in Ringgold's new section? 2010 AA state champs S.Fayette (moving up to AAA and their core returns), Montour (ranked pre-season #3 in Pgh Trib) and Trinity (ranked #6 in Pgh Trib)...I watched this team play last year - aside from the fact that they played very tough competition, the head coach is disorganized and there is a lack of overall skill and no size. Besides that, they should be contending for a playoff spot....

Does anybody else see the ridiculous 3 pointers Bellhy puts up from beyond NBA range? Great player, but makes very poor decisions sometimes with his shot decisions. His team this year has some talent and I would like to see him get more involved with his team.

I believe it is your job to look out for Ringgold Mike. They are in your coverage area.

Last time I checked they were in Washington County. Maybe someone should give you a map for Christmas.

Its ok go ahead and hate on Ringgold just like you all did during football season.

Still grumpy I see anon.

So, I hated on Ringgold during football season, eh?

Bellhy is a great player and considering his surrounding talent the shots he takes are understandable. He is even a little too unselfish at times.

I dont think it is Mike's job to look out for Ringgold - that would be a homer....Mike does provide objective coverage....I dont always agree with him but you are way off base here....This Ringgold team ended the season on a 16 game losing streak - no players stood out in that stretch...How could he possibly choose a Ram as a player to watch this yr when none of them did anything to garner such praise based on last season's performance?

Why dont you do this...Wait until February and tell us which Ringgold player(s) performed at such a high level that they will be considered for post-season recognition.

Heck, Id love to hear who Mike should have picked from Ringgold for his watch list..Cmon, tell us..

There were some Ringgold so-called fans who hated on Ringgold a lot more than Mike did.

To the anon about Bellhy: He is a good player, but you're right, sometimes he makes poor decisions. Monday it looked like he was trying to do a little too much by himself at times against South Fayette.
