I agree with anonymous. Nick Wilcox was simply the best player in the WPIAL this year.

Spernak was a beast back in 81 playin at MVC his game would destroy all the kids today with no 3point shot he wasn`t afraid to go to the hole like they are today.

You guys are crazy no one of these players have pure game like the Bryant kid. He's smooth, quick, long, and has defense. You can't teach that, thats naturally ability,they hype up the rich boys too much Nick Bryant got straight game no questions about it.

Wilcox was one of the leading scorers in the WPIAL and lead his team to a WPIAL title in the largest classification.

For those of you that think that these 2 facts don't qualify him to be mentioned for the top player in the WPIAL then you need to start watching a sport you understand, maybe T ball is a good place to start.
