PIAA Class A baseball Carmichaels vs. Camp Hill
Hi folks,
After one inning, it is scoreless in the Class A title game between the Mikes and Camp Hill. Carmichaels left a runner on third base in the top of the first.
Kovak just admitted Berwick has a great crowd here. Ha! I win!
Oh, we rode up in the elevator with some Somerset fans. Kovak admitted who he was and frankly, I'm surprised there were no punches thrown his way, especially after he pulled a LeBron and dissed his momma.
Still blogging. We have finally, I mean, FINALLY, leaving Altoona, after a very long day. I'm going to have listen to Kovak whine like Paul Pierce the whole ride home about the Somerset umpires. Such a baby.

LET'S GO MIGHTY MIKES!!!!!
Bot 2nd,
Camp Hill gets a leadoff runner on after being hit by a Gasti pitch. A Robinson single give the Lions a 1-0 lead after two.
Camp Hill leaves a runner on in the third, it's still 1-0.
Carmichaels does not have a base hit through three innings.
Lots of Somerset fans here. Golden Eagles representing.
Your blatant homerism is really getting annoying. What happened to objective reporting?
Mikes got their first hit but leave a runner stranded in scoring position.
Camp Hill, 1-0.
I know a lot of Carmichaels fans are in attendance as well, We always represent the Mighty Mikes with Pride!
One-out single by Marsh scored Frankenfield. Camp Hill 2-0 after four.
Good turnout by all the local teams considering gas prices, the weather and distance.
Carmichaels one hit through five. The Mikes don't look energized.
Strike him out, throw him out in the bottom of the fifth.
Still 2-0.
Old Kevin is jealous. There are a lot of Somerset people here. And I mean a lot.

Carmichaels puts together a base hit and walk with two outs but Musgrove gets picked off at first by the catcher.
2-0.
Last chance for Carmichaels ... still 2-0.
Camp Hill beats Carmichaels, which mustered just two hits.
Literally millions of Somerset fans in attendance. Ain't no party like a Somerset party.
See how deluded Kovak is? Those are just people from the last game.
Hmm, Berwick seemed to get a louder roar. You're not hearing that from Kovak.
Kovak just admitted Berwick has a great crowd here. Ha! I win!

Impressive, Mike and Kevin, how you pulled this string of comments together.
That's because we can blog like the best of them.
Here is likely the last update from Altoona: Mike's alma mater, Somerset, the visitor, is losing 5-2 in the bottom of the sixth.
