Mike,

Give me your thoughts on the local teams chances..

I believe I touched on this before the pairings were released but I do think there is a decent chance the Class AA final could be contested between South Fayette and Washington.

I also think one of the four Class A teams opposite Serra Catholic will advance to the final, whether it be Bentworth, California, Carmichaels or Chartiers-Houoston.

Carmichaels? They aren't in the same league with Bentworth or California this year. Obviously you haven't seen them play this year. No I'm not from Bentworth or California, I'm from Greene County.

I am a firm believer of "On Any Given Day". We have all seen teams lose games we knew they would win and vice versa.

Didn't say that they were but I have seen enough high school baseball to know that all it takes is a funky hop or two and a top-seeded team can be going home far earlier than expected.

Mike,

Any thoughts on Trinity's softball and baseball chances?

Both have a shot at winning and making a run. I do like the baseball team's draw if they get past the first round.
