WPIAL basketball playoff sites

Sites and times were determined by the WPIAL for the remaining first round games. California and Beth-Center drew boys/girls doubleheaders, while Canon-McMillan will host a Washington girls/Trinity boys doubleheader Tuesday.

If you get a chance go on youtube and look at what happen with monessen and you tell me that happens in .06 seconds left its ashame that those kids went through all that this year with the fight friends quiting on them to be cheated in the playoffs like that nobody deserves that not even MONESSEN

Agree. This team has had 3 teams built in one season. For incompetent referres to end he season like this is shameful. The WPIAL needs to do something about this. Everyone makes bad calls but this one was plain stupid. Anyone who can tell time or do math knows that it was impossible to pick up a ball, drop it and pick it up again and shoot in .06 seconds. Come WPIAL step up and do the right thing for these boys...

Shafted by two teammates and now the refs, what next...oh yea they got screwed in their section...wow!

If you want to see a bad ref you should have been at the California-Ft Cherry girls payoff game Wendesday. The lady ref had 5 of her calls overturned by her fellow refs. For that to happen you know the calls had to horrible. How do they choose these people for playoff games??
