i dont know...sure looked like after the ball was blocked back into the holder, the holder gained possession with a knee on the ground and was also touched by an opposing player which is not needed in high school football. The play should have been over at that point. I saw a better quality video of this game on another site.
How do the coaches get away with being out on the field??
